Not my first time renting jet skis, but definitely the most fun and I highly recommend using Hector for jet ski rentals: what a great guy! Quality service and looks out for people’s safety! I didn’t really want to do a tour because I assumed the fastest we’d go would be 5mph for the 95 minutes, boy was I wrong. So happy I did the tour! It’s 100% worth it! Again, great man and good humor: and when I come back to Florida keys, I will continue to give him business! – via

My daughter had the best time of her life on the sunrise jet ski tour that Hector took her on Oct 3! She absolutely loved the adventure and wanted to thank Hector for making it so much fun and so special for her.
She loves all the many pictures he took of her morning, enjoyed his great sense of humor, enjoyed seeing glam houses, castles, and others.
She will be giving high recommendations to her friends in Miami and South Beach to pick you as their jet skiing tour guide! AAA+++ – via

FOLLOW THE MONSTER! This adventure far exceeded our expectations. Hector is the best guide, don’t settle for anyone else! We saw more of the keys in 90 minutes than the rest of the trip combined, you will even find yourself laughing at his jokes… haha. Bad experience purchasing from their website.
I ordered from your website and you were out of stock of what I ordered (picasso dyneema gloves XXL) and instead of contacting me and saying you didn’t have it, you waiting a week and then send a substitution that YOU saw as adequate. Wrong brand, wrong material, WRONG EVERYTHING.
I also ordered 2 clips with swivels. You sent me one clip, no swivel. Not a huge deal, but again, not what I ordered, and again, you were wrong.
Upon me contacting you about the error, you said you would send a refund.
You chose to send me a refund for the difference in price between what I ordered and what you decided to send. I don’t want the garbage you are trying to unload on me. Upon me pointing that out, you said if I wanted a full refund I should have asked for a return label.
You were 100% wrong in how you handled this.
You then come on Google Reviews and bad mouth a customer instead of attempting damage control.
