Founded in 1999, Rincón Surf School proudly holds the title of the longest-running surf school in Rincón, Puerto Rico. In August 2012, the school was acquired by SASS Global Travel, a family-owned action sports and adventure travel company known for delivering exceptional surf and snow experiences. Prior to this acquisition, SASS Global Travel had already been organizing custom surf trips to Rincón and seized the opportunity to relocate their world headquarters from New Hampshire to Puerto Rico.

Today, the surf school is managed by an expert team, including Surf School Director and Head Concierge Alex Dalponte, Surf School Manager Derek Rios, and Managing Director Travis Moore, along with other members of the SASS Global Travel management team.
