Established in November 1999, Surf Town has been a cornerstone of the Rincón community during a period of significant growth and development. Back then, the local administration invested heavily in improving town access, expanding Road 115, and enhancing tourist attractions such as the lighthouse and public beach. This era also saw the rise of notable private developments, including beachfront hotels, guest houses, and popular venues like The Landing restaurant pub, which received daily media promotion. These enhancements transformed Rincón into a vibrant destination, attracting visitors from across the island eager to enjoy their weekends.

As proud natives of Rincón, the Surfing Capital of Puerto Rico, we recognized the need for a store that offered the latest surf brands and products emerging in the market. With a commitment to excellent service, Surf Town quickly earned a reputation for quality, attracting customers from all over Puerto Rico and the east coast of the United States.

In 2017, thanks to the unwavering support of our customers, we relocated to a new, improved store. This new location allows us to provide even better service, showcase a wider range of products and brands, and offer ample parking. Being from Rincón, the Surfing Capital of Puerto Rico, we wanted to bring a service that wasn’t offered, with the new surf brands and products that emerged in the market. The combination of all these, a good service, help our reputation and build customers from all around the island and the east coast of the US.The years have passed and we had the opportunity to move to a new location in 2017 thanks to our customers support.
