Skydive Plettenberg Bay is a skydive center in South Africa and a member of the United States Parachute Association (USPA).
Skydive Plettenberg Bay is located south of the mountains on the coastline in the heart of the Garden Route. We are primarily a Tandem operation but also offer AFF courses and the skydiving is quite special because of our location on the coast.

At the beginning everything was smooth while our booking, but unfortunately later on we had to reschedule our booking because of the weather conditions.
And while we change our booking day , we had the same issue , because of the weather they had to reschedule again our booking and since we had to change to multiple time our vacation schedule was not suitable to do the skydiving.
And we had to request to refund our payment, and since we had to refund our payment there support was very very unprofessional at all , since the payment was not a little. They said it will take 1 week, and now we already have been waiting for a 1 month and there customer service are very ver unprofessional,
Until now we did not receive our refund, and don’t know how to communicate with them , since they are not responding to there emails and WhatsUp.
