Captain Vega is super professional and works hard for his clients. We had a tough day of fishing but not because he wasnt able to locate fish. I caught 2 small tarpon on the day but we saw several big ones that just wouldnt bite.

I would highly recommend Go Tarpon PR to anyone looking for a good boat and captain to fish with. – via

Was totally not expecting what happened today! My first time with my father in law doing this type of fishing and look what he snagged!!! Captain Rafael guided him through the entire hour he had to fight with the fish, but it was all worth it! – via

Captain Rafael Vega was extremely diligent in his search for tarpon so we can live the experience of catching and releasing this tricky fish. He know precisely were to look for them and has special techniques to raise fish. We had a great experience amd time. It is highly recommended amd this is a family activity without a doubt. – via

We booked with Captain Rafa last minute based on a referral that said he was the best – and man was he right!! The responsiveness from the first set up was great. Capt Rafa gave us a call to set everything up and text us the info on how to get to the marina. He was a total pro and fun to hang out with. The boat was really nice and with a full walk around the center consol, so we never had to worry about tripping over anything when fighting the big tarpon. He set everything up for us and was constantly aware of where the fish were showing. He had waters and sodas and even a beer for us. We did the half day trip but I wish we did more. We will definitely seek him out for multi day when we return to PR. Whole fishing is fishing and it was fun to just go out, we brought in 4 tarpon and a snook on a day when the weather might not have been ideal. Capt Rafa took great pics of our catches and sent them to us. Thank you Rafa for an amazing, memorable experience. Highly recommend!!! – via

We went out two days with Rafa. Aside from being an extremely knowledgeable guide, he was a great guy. We had two successful morning trips with tarpon and snook. Highly recommend this “under the radar” company. Easy to schedule and wonderful guides. – via
