Undoubtedly beautiful place!
That said, the guides don’t seem to be adequately trained but rather are there to take photos of you.
We witnessed other guides helpless when someone hurt their knee and our guide was a lot more concerned about taking shots than caring about our safety. Great experience if you are looking to walk away with instagram shots, that’s pretty much it.
Sadly we also got Bali belly from the free juices they provided afterwards. We are certain that this place was the source of the infection.
Memorable adventure indeed but we wouldn’t recommend it to others. – via google

Don’t recommend it!

The water is very polluted, it is in the middle of the village and all pesticides from the rice fields go to this river.

I have asked if it was easy to walk before to buy the ticket and I was informed it was. However, they provided a first aid kit to carry on, because they know people are injured! My husband had a big injury in his arm.

It is not easy to go up and down in the rocks, very slippery and the river is a little bit rough if you are not a good swimmer. – via google

Overall a good experience. My 9 year old son who loves water and swims quite well for his age really liked it.
2 downsides…the price went from 240 to 300 krp…that’s a lot at once I think. And the guide we had didn’t speak any English at all. Difficult or non-existent communication. On the other hand, very very friendly and professional. It knows the location of the smallest invisible pebble or block hidden under the water and tells you exactly where to place your feet and where to pass.
It is essential to know how to swim even if the distances to be covered are very short. Rarely more than 5 or 6m at the time we were (early March). We had neoprene slippers on our feet, ideal.
Water and lunch included. Towels and shower too.
Long course for us about 1h30 including 1h10 actually in the canyons
Good value for money but this is not real thrilling canyoning as I have done elsewhere with jumps and abseiling. – viaGoogle

Great guide who led us through the canyons. His English was easy to understand and he was in a good mood. The path was easy to manage barefoot. The food we had after the tour was very tasty. Kudos to the nice staff 🙂

Epic adventure to see and experience some of the nature in the real rural Bali. Would 100% recommend! Was so much fun!
Be prepared to get a bit wet and muddy and perhaps a few stumped toes along the way.
We did it barefoot, but would perhaps recommend some grippy waterproof shoes/ sandals if you prefer.
Guides are fantastic and have dry tube bags to take any bits you need. They also went the extra mile to get some amazing photos and videos on our own cameras along the way.
the price also comes with food after the trek as well as shower facilities. – via google

1000% recommend Bim as your tour and driver in Bali. My mom and I had such a great time for a catered and customized full day of exploring Bali – we hired Bim for 3 days! We had such a great time and can’t wait to return to Bali!
