Sucks. Booked a day in advance. Money was collected. Time to arrive given at 12:00pm. Told to arrive early. We arrived 40 minutes early (not including parking and walking there) We wait.. wait.. wait.. close to an hour.. and nobody came. We called the number 10x: No answer. Email: No answer. No acknowledgement of it being cancelled.

We were refunded at 8:30 pm.. almost 10 hours after we got there. I’ve heard of “Island Time”, but this was a big middle finger, as we are visiting.. and they derailed our plans for the day and wasted our time.

Truly a disappointment. A notification in the morning that it’s cancelled would’ve been great.

I feel I am owed more than just a refund for wasting vacation time that costs more money than just regular time.

Truck rides up and down we’re scarier than the zip lines. Be at least in not bad shape as there are a lot of stair climbing to reach the towers. After the trucks the next scariest part was climbing the towers with just a steel cover to keep you on the stairs. Tower personnel see.ed well trained for the most part. – via

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They seemed like they really enjoyed and took the job seriously. The experience was a lot of fun. Especially the really long Ziplines. They build up to those for people with little experience. – via
