しかし、目玉の「100mフード付きスノーエスカレータ」入口にはでかでかと「ソリ禁止」の立て札があり、スノーエスカレータを使えるのはスキー・スノーボードの初心者のみ。ソリ遊びはというと、屋根なしの短い簡易エスカレーターがありましたがしょっちゅう止まっておりソリが出来るのはネットで囲まれた狭いエリアのみ。ホームページの動画では大人の女性がフード付きスノーエスカレータで登って楽しんでいたスノーチュービングですが、実際のスノーチュービングはエスカレータ無しのエリアのため歩いて登るしかありません。積雪量等によりコースの変更があったのかもしれませんが、あまりの内容の違いにがっかりでした。
車で行く場合、駐車場は専用のがなく歩いて５分ほどの町営駐車場（500円）を案内されますがあまり台数も停められないので結局、歩いて１０分の越後湯沢駅駐車場にしました。
スタッフの愛想もよくなかったのでまた行きたいとは思いません。 – via
