Unfortunately, no matter how nice the location, beach, and amenities are….poor customer service was the final impression. Whether it’s the front desk, restaurant employees, or towel attendant, the staff doesn’t seem trained or the management doesn’t emphasize the importance of customer service. Employees rarely make eye contact or say hello in passing, no one went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable or memorable, and in the end we left thinking the trip was FINE but would we return to LionsDive after seeing the brand new Kontiki beachfront towers a few hundred feet down the same beach? Definitely not. – via google

Wat een mooi resort. Service is erg goed en iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk. Dit maakt je verblijf extra leuk. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed, veel keuze en elke dag verse producten. Veel opties voor activiteiten op het resort en direct aan het strand zitten is wel de beste plek hier. Ook is het personeel achter de balie altijd bereid je te helpen met bijvoorbeeld advies over een trip boeken of het huren van een taxi.
