The restaurant manager Emilio sold us a $4.50 can of sparkling water for $19. When asked why the can was so expensive, he responded “mountain prices.” As we were skiing all week, our last day we asked a different cashier how much the can was out of curiosity. This is when she informed us the can only cost $4.50. This experience left a really sour taste in our mouth as it was the manager of the establishment that lied and intentionally deceived us.
The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the mountain is a beautiful place to ski and almost all other employees were courteous and kind. Employees in the snowboard dome were wonderful and very helpful. – via
