Sadly, we had a super disappointing customer service experience. They cancelled 2 hours prior (it was lightly raining), and when we tried to provide feedback that a phone call or email the day before or morning of to warn of a possible cancellation would have been appreciated, the owner was abrupt, defensive, and interrupted me on the phone, only to state that the risk of same-day cancellation was written in the “policy”. Considering we had driven 2.5 hours and made childcare arrangements already, simply showing some kindness and empathy and apologizing for the inconvenience would have been more than adequate, but instead, they were not receptive at all to any feedback.
So be warned that last minute cancellations can occur, even in light rain. Because rain is so common in Vancouver, it didn’t cross our minds to worry about a last minute cancellation. – via

My sister and I went for our first ever sky dive with whistler skydiving.
The day we showed up, they advised us right before the jump that it’s too windy and we have to reschedule.
They wait until it’s the closest time to the jump to make that call on the weather which we really appreciated and thought it was a very safe thing of them to do.
We rescheduled for the next day, and off we went! We both had the same instructor, Luke, so we took turns going.
Luke is absolutely terrific, he did an amazing job to keep us calm and make it fun.
He let us steer the parachute and do some flips which was so much fun.
Landing was very smooth.
10/10 experience! DO IT if you’re thinking about it.
This is a once in a lifetime experience and the views were unmatched – via

Can’t say enough good things about Whistler Skydiving, my girlfriend and I were over from Scotland visiting and I booked myself in on a whim. The team we’re really friendly and happy to talk through everything before jumping, I’m not great with heights so naturally had some nerves and questions but they were all great especially Jake for throwing me out of the plane. He made everything seem so easy that it naturally puts you at ease. We sat and spoke to the team for a little bit afterwards which was awesome and we really appreciated. I don’t think I could have picked a better location to do this with the view of the mountains, its fantastic. I booked the photographs and video package, which came through really quick and absolutely love the video its like an edited presentation rather than just showing a full length video which would be pretty boring, its much more fun to relive. If anyone asked me I would highly recommend them. – via

GET THE PICTURE AND VIDEO PACAKGE
Such an amazing experience. They quickly make you comfortable and don’t completely overwhelm you with information. You’ve never seen anything like that door popping open at 10000 feet. The scenery over Pemberton is as picturesque as it gets. From Mt Currie to seeing Duffy Lake in the distance. Having come from Delta we had the options between Abbotsford and Pemby for our first jump and we definitely don’t regret our choice. – via

It was my first experience of sky diving. Luke, Jake and the team made it a memorable one. We were welcomed with a warm smile. The girl took her time to make us comfortable and calm down the anxieties (which my husband had..LOL) . I went with Luke and my husband went with Jake. Both of them were calm and guided us to have a smooth fall and landing. Their way of communicating with actions is easy and their aura is comforting and makes you feel safe.
The jump, fall, parachute opening and operating the parachute and seeing beautiful Whistler from a height is an experience of life time. I am glad I chose them!! Highly recommended. – via

Very bad organisation
Me and my family were more than happy and excited to do our first skydiving, we booked 3months ago to make sure that we can enjoy that experience together while my dad is here , unfortunately they cancelled 6days before the jump because “not enough instructors available ” .. – via
