Thanks to West Shore Scuba you are a professional team that works with all safety measures. Your determination as a crew to develop the necessary skills as certified divers is remarkable. They easily teach to achieve the dream of being a diver at any age and individual condition under the ordered protocols.
Your sense of compassion and charisma makes me feel in a very fraternal atmosphere.
For me the best life decision I have made to face my fears and overcome my weaknesses with the best diverse Instructors (Larry, Randy & Scott) and of course Mr. Ron Williams a great human being. Thank you for encouraging and supporting me to achieve this goal ….. Now…. What’s next? – via google

I recently completed a two-week residency as a guest scuba instructor at a Caribbean dive resort. My time there was challenging because of the spectrum of teaching I had to do. The training I received at West Shore Scuba to become a PADI instructor really set me up for success. West Shore’s staff instilled the can-do attitude I needed, and they polished my diving and teaching skills to meet the challenge. Result: 11 Open Water divers, 1 Advanced Open Water diver, and 1 Divemaster who now have a profound love of the ocean. – via google

I have traveled with Ron on two great international trips so far. He runs a first class operation and to him your satisfaction and comfort is some of his highest priorities. He will work hard to insure that any issues or concerns are taken care of with airlines, resorts, boat operators, etc. I look forward to traveling with West Shore Scuba on many more future trips! – via google

I had done a discover scuba dive previously on vacation, I knew I wanted to get certified, but my wife had no interest. Next up on my list was my son, together we did a discover scuba dive at West Shore Scuba for his 11th birthday, he loved it, and so did I, I found a dive buddy! Larry was our discover scuba instructor, he was great at explaining the equipment, and teaching us beginner skills and hand signals.

We did our self paced PADI e-learning, and then got back in touch with Larry to set up our confined water training which we did in mid-December in their heated pool area. Larry set us up with a private training schedule which meant Larry was able to instruct at the pace we were able to learn and perform all our necessary skills. Larry was great with through explanations and demonstrations of everything we would need to master.

Our plan all along was to do e-learning and confined water at home, and finish out our open water certification during our January vacation to the Dominican Republic. By the time we got in the water down in the DR just a few weeks after our confined water dives, we both felt comfortable and confident in our knowledge and abilities, and the open water certification was quite easy and enjoyable.

Thanks Larry for preparing us well and for helping to make our vacation a success! – via google

We went for the 4night coral sea expedition and it was absolutely beyond our expectation!

Vessel: this tween-hulled vessel is extremely well-maintained. We stayed in the premium queen cabin which was clean and spacious. The view from windows was so beautiful. There are plenty of space for guests to hang around – both AC indoors and warm outdoor area!

Diving: we were lucky enough to follow the proposed itinerary and sailed all the way to osprey reef. We had 70+ meters visibility at Admiralty Anchor which was UNREAL!!! The water was so pristine and full of marine life!! The shark feed at North horn was also very exciting and worth a life-time memory. We did 12 dives in total.

Food: three meals a day plus continental breakfast (before cooked brekkie) and afternoon tea were all carefully prepared and offered a range of variety. We were so grateful for such good food on the ocean. There is even a coffee machine which you can help yourself for free!

Dive/safety briefing: Kristy was super precessional and made sure instructions were accurate and clear. Love the drawing on the whiteboard before each dive!

Other highlights: the complimentary photos and videos were of extremely high quality (we can’t believe this is the standard of free stuff). Ship shop offered lots of souvenirs to choose from. The boat party during the last night on board was super fun!!

Overall: the whole trip was highly organized thanks to a wonderful crew. Will definitely come back for other trips with Mike Ball. – via google

In addition to running the best yearly Bonaire trip, Ron and the team moved mountains during the supply chain crisis to get my wife’s birthday present, and Aqualung Outlaw BCD, to us in time for our Red Sea trip. They called us when it came in, got her all fitted and set up with all the accessories she needed. Everything worked fantastic. If you swing by the shop, don’t forget to checkout the pool. – via google
