Firstly this was my first time in Puerto Rico and first time doing Parasailing. I was super excited to try it with my friend however when we got there we realized we had to swim to the boat to go parasailing. The waves were so strong and I tried the first time but I couldn’t go swimming there as I had a phobia of water. I didn’t realize we had to swim there . My friend ended up going but I stayed back. My friend and I emailed waterspouts 4U for only my part refund but they didn’t reply back. So disappointed. Even I told them to bring a boat a bit closer they were giving such bad attitude . Do not recommend them at all! Please stay away . I had a great time in Puerto Rico and we did many activities except for this nightmare!!! If you do go parasailing rather go with another company – via
The guides were super friendly and helpful. They offered to take our pictures. It was a very peaceful experience. You will get wet. You have to wade into about chest deep water to get on a little boat that then takes you to the bigger boat. I did hurt my ankle, but that was my fault because I didn’t lift my legs high enough when landing. So remember when you are coming in to keep those legs up. – via
This experience was great! Money well spent. The team was very kind, helpful, and informative! They ensured our safety and made sure we had a blast. I will say to take some nausea medication before starting to avoid getting seasick when on the boat ride before and after parasailing. Great experience! – via
