From my initial interactions with Eddie DieBold through the seamless processing and to the delivery by Capt Bud, everything went smoothly and left me with a very positive impression. I even appreciated the owner, David, stepping in to assist at every stage. Doing business with Waterworld felt like dealing with family, rather than a typical car dealership or boat seller. You exceeded our expectations, and we are enjoying our new boat.

I called to see if the shop could assess my Lowrance unit, which isn’t measuring depth. Guy on the phone said he could sell me a new head unit or a new transducer. I asked if the shop could check out the one I have. He said the next appt was about a month out, so I tried to schedule it. Then he asked if I bought our boat there. When I told him “no”, then there was no availability for 2 1/2 months. We’ve had this boat for 30+ years. Dude really didn’t seem to want to do the work. Whatever, bro. Also – being new to the sport wanted to learn more about the equipment and options. Scott was fabulous to work with. In no time, he had me outfitted with what I needed and gave me pointers on things to consider and look for to provide the best fit in women’s sizes – filing away for when I am ready to add more to my kit. My engine outboard would run 5min then shuts off. Took it to water world in January they said it was the fuel pump and had bad fuel, they also fixed the bottom end got the engine back 5 months later took it out to the water tested it and same problem was not fixed.
Why people cant be be honest with you these days. If you cant fix it just say so. Instead of lying to you. – via google

In August of 2020 I purchased a 2021 Sylvan 8520 Mirage LZ from Mike Ley at Water World. Mike treated me very well and gave me the lowest price. I presently decided to upgrade to a 2023 X1. Saleman Eddie Diebold sent me quote on a new X1 which was the highest quote I had received. He estimated my 2021 Sylvan for $20,400 which I had purchased for $38,400. That would depend on the condition of the outboard which is still under warranty. Do Sylvan pontoons not hold their value or was I being taken. I felt insulted where he might of believed I was that stupid. I’ve taken Water World off my list. – via google

We recently purchased a StarCraft deck boat from this business. We knew there would be delays due to the supply chain issues and we were informed every step of the way. When we had delays on being ready to accept the boat they worked with our schedule since we needed them to deliver to Virginia.

Took my Scuba classes and cert through here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. By the time you are done with both weekends and get your cert, you definitely get a Cheers vibe from this place. Like your part of the fam. The have great gear for sale and as a scuba student you get a nice discount at point of purchase that’s definitely worth it.
