I just had my water softener in stalled yesterday. The guys that did the work were efficient and nice. They even helped me with a few chores. The owner came and visited. He like a couple of my pictures and came back with his wife to help me hang them. That is really good service. I highly recommend them and their product. – via

Just wanted to leave a similar review that many others have. The salespeople for this company are very deceitful. They make themselves seem like they are from the city to test to see if your water is “safe”. Then they try to sell you a water softener afterwards. No problems with their product or door to door sales. But deceitful tactics really rub me the wrong way. – via

This is a dishonest company with a long history of deceitful tactics. If they are willing to do this to get a sale, I can’t imagine what it would be like to do business with them. There are plenty of other companies that offer the same services this without resorting to such shady practices. My advice is to STAY AWAY from WaterQuest!
I was approached by someone representing WaterQuest who claimed they were tasked with conducting regular quality and safety checks of the residents’ water systems.
The person made it seem like they were representing the HOA. So, I asked, “are you with the HOA?” They said, “No, we do this for Salt Lake County.”
Like most others on here, I made an appointment, looked up the company and realized they were being deceitful and dishonest.
There is no need to deal with a company like this. – via
