Amazing experience. We booked the Dolphin Swim through Carnival and it was great! All the staff were friendly and considerate. They seemed to genuinely want us to have a good time. We had much more time in the water with the dolphins than expected. We were given the opportunity to swim with the dolphins, help demonstrate some dolphin behaviors, take pictures, and watch some tricks. The dolphins even jumped over us! It was one of the best experiences ever and would definitely recommend this company/excursion to everyone. – via

Amazing, Wonderful Experience!!! I did their program TRAINER for the DAY! It was the Most Amazing Day and Life long Dream come true to interact with Dolphins! Monte and Raguel were the trainers that worked with me and they were funny, patient, kind and obviously Love the Dolphins! The Dolphins are healthy, happy, well cared for and excited to meet new friends! With this program I helped prepare the Dolphins food, join in with another groups dolphin interaction, train a dolphin and swim with Dolphins! I could not imagine a more Fulfilling experience. I don’t think I ever wrote a review when I visited in 2015, so I’m doing so now. Having a nostalgic trip down memory, spurred by Discover’s Shark Week. We, my daughters and I had an AMAZING experience here. We came specifically for the diving. I was already PADI certified but both my kids, at 14 & 15 did their final checkout dives here with Shelly. The boat dives, dolphin experience and the shark dives were all amazing!! Extremely professional staff and AMAZING adventures. I look forward to going back sometime soon. – via Google

We did the snorkeling excursion on May 19th and we booked through carnival. It was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! All of the staff from the drivers to the crew who handled the snorkeling were fantastic. So professional and everything flowed nicely. The facility was lovely. The equipment they provided was well maintained and cleaned. They even provided defogger for your googles. The boat was large and not over crowded so we had plenty of room to put on our gear and leave our bags. The boat was about 3/4 covered. We felt very safe and well taken care of by the staff. We saw the most beautiful sea life and coral. The water was crystal clear and calm. We had a lovely boat ride out into the ocean and spent an hour or more in the water exploring. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. (Make sure you treat yourself to a coke afterwards because they are canned in the Bahamas and made with cane sugar.) – via Google

Me, my husband, and 3 daughters were on a Carnival cruise and chose the dolphin encounter with UNEXSO during our stop in Freeport. It was the best experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining all things related to dolphins as well as answering all of our questions. It was obvious how much the trainers care for the dolphins and how much the dolphins thrive under their care. The excursion lasted quite a while. We never felt rushed or hurried. While the dolphin experience was good, i am very disappointed in all the trouble I’m going through just to get our pictures from the experience. My encounter was on November 15, 2022. They told me the pictures would be uploaded later that day. I have called every day for the last two weeks and email several people asking them to please resolve this issue and nothing has been resolved yet. I keep getting the runaround and people telling me to check back later that day and nothing has been resolved and one one is even following up on these unfulfilled promises. It’s also very disappointing to see other people’s pictures uploading every day and yet my encounter from 2 weeks ago have yet to be uploaded. – via Google

I went to the dolphin swim on monday with my girlfriend and since then it has been a headache to buy the pictures from them.
I have been in the phone with them everyday and they just tell me to check back later on the day and it has been like that since monday.
They don’t allowed you to take pictures but they take it and they don’t let you buy them.
