Ein Kumpel und ich haben uns entschlossen im Sri Lanka Urlaub einen Tauchkurs zu besuchen um den Open Water diver zu machen. Haben uns für diese Tauchschule entschieden und wurden keinesfalls enttäuscht.
Das Team war stets freundlich und unser Tauchlehrer Norbert konnte uns das Tauchen sehr gut beibringen.
Alles wurde ausführlich, verständlich und in Ruhe erklärt, keine Fragen sind offen geblieben.
Bei den Übungen wurde ebenfalls nichts übersprungen, sodass man sich nach dem Kurs wirklich sicher und wohl beim Tauchen fühlt.

Der Kurs ist sehr zu empfehlen und bleibt uns sehr positiv im Kopf. – via

I completed my open water padi certification with Divinguru in Unawatuna in February and I couldn’t recommend them more, I had both Yannis and Ellie as instructors and they were so great, I felt very confident with everything I learnt and had the best experience. This is a great diving school. We did the Open Water Diver course start of February and it was an amazing experience. In particular, the attention to safety is of highest level, everything is done step by step, no cutting corners – which is extremely important with a dangerous activity like this. Yannis was great communicator, was patient, never pushed or rushed us and allowed us to discover this at our own pace, making it possible to truly feel comfortable under water by the end of the course. We were here to try our first scuba diving and it was awesome!
Instructor Eliška was great and explained to us everything we had to know before our dive. During the dive she was taking care of us so we felt comfortable and our first fear was almost immediately gone.
Under the water we saw 2 stingrays, an octopus and the Lord Nelson Shipwreck.

Staff is very communicative and honest. I felt very safe doing my fun dives with them. The equipment is also very good. Just some snacks or even fruits on the boat between the dives would have been nice 🙂

You guys are the best. I started my diving education with the OWD course and was insanely satisfied.
The instructors are very good. From the first meeting they help you get rid of any fears you might have, explain everything clearly. I have only positive emotions from my acquaintance. You are the best!

My 11 year old daughter and I did two dives at Divinguru this week. Our first day, I did a Refresher Dive (after a 14 year break) and my daughter did a PADI Discovery Dive. We received amazing one-to-one instruction: with all information well-presented, and we always knew what we were doing and what would be happening next. I felt confident that my daughter fully understood how the equipment worked and the key safety issues by the time we got into the water. We each had a diving instructor with us for that first dive, and even though conditions were a bit choppy / not great visibility, it was still an amazing underwater experience – we saw a ray, visited a wreck etc.

We had such a great time we booked in for a second dive two days later. The centre let us know when the conditions would be best. This time we were taken down with one instructor. A wonderful dive: good visibility, so many amazing fish along the reef. My daughter was able to dive to 12m. Ellie, our instructor, looked after us both incredibly well. Really excellent pre- and post-dive care too. Very helpful to have transport from our accommodation in a neighbouring town included in the price.

I’d highly recommend Divinguru – we’d love to return! A big thank you to Ellie, Norbert and Fraser. – via

It was my very first time diving and it was great that it went with these guys.

The staff is super nice, taking you through all the way. They start with telling and teaching the basics, and only after you are sure and confident of what’s gonna be happening you are taken to the boat.

During the diving itself the instructor is always with you. My instructor did a great job making sure I am doing fine and showing me around the ocean floor.
