My first dive shop experience in Vienna was lovely! My German being less than competent, I received full service in English/French and I was patiently waited on as I tried different things to find the right products for the task and the perfect fit. I even got to ask for advice on the best way to go about investing in some future equipment, and receive informed, professional advice from an expert. I had an opportunity to get certified as PADI open water diver with UMEX. The initial appointment, arranging the course in English, choosing appropriate equipment, guidance re. medical requirements, pool days, open water lake days – everything was clear and taken care of very well. The instructor (Eugen) was very patient, respectful towards each student’s pace and level of comfort and overall an excellent teacher and fantastic personality. I recommend getting certified with UMEX. From my doubts and feeling overwhelmed, they helped me to progress quickly to gaining enough confidence to perform all required skills and dives in rather difficult conditions. They simply made me surprise myself. I felt safe and guided in detail at every moment. I’m already planning ahead and will be buying more personal equipment from this dive shop. Excellent. – via

We recently used UMEX to move my mother from an apartment to an assisted living facility. It was a relatively small move to a closeby location.
It went very smoothly, from getting an estimate, scheduling, and actual performance of the move (good communication, timely arrival, speed of job). Pricing was very competitive as well.
The individuals who came to the apartment were very easy to deal with, very efficient, and did the job as well as I could have hoped.

I recently moved from CT to NJ. I found UMEX, specifically Uri, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. His quote was comprehensive and fair. I had to move my belongings to his storage facility for four weeks in between my moves. Both crews were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and everything was handled with the utmost care. Uri was always available for any questions I had and followed up with me after the entire move had been completed. We are originally from NJ and relocated to TN. When we decided to move back to NJ, we found Umex from a google search.
I called Umex to see if they do interstate moves and was surprised that Uri, the owner, answered the phone. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions.
After a nightmare of a move with another moving company when we moved to TN, I was overly cautious with who I was going to hire moving back to NJ. I am so glad I chose Umex.
Uri went over and beyond anything I could even have hoped for in a moving company. He was able to estimate the cubic feet of our belongings in TN (based on conversations with me and a few pictures of some pieces) for the amount he quoted, to the penny!
The movers, Lupe, George and Emi moved our belongings as if they were their own. They took great care to wrap our furniture and pack everything on the truck.
Everything from start to finish went exactly as Uri said it would. I would not hesitate to recommend Umex to anyone. – via
