Pura was great!
But beware of scam. It is displayed on ticket desk that your ticket was included with sarong etc. But some women forced you to pay rent cost or buy their sarong (new condition).
I forced to pay rent cost and already gave money to them, but luckily I went back to ticket desk and saw the displayed. I told the FO that I forced to pay again, then she helped me to get my money back. – via

– via

Unrecommend place to visit. Tourist scam. Entrance fee 30K already include sarung. But being force to buy sarung 100K each and at the end being force to rent sarung for 25K. Inside temple guide also didn’t explain anything and in a rush. There are still many beautiful temple worth to visit aside of this one – via

(Translated by Google) This temple is on the World Heritage List, but it was rebuilt in 1926. I don’t know why it was selected. The original site was on the hillside of the volcano, which was destroyed by the volcanic eruption that year. Only the 11-story tower inside is a historic site, and the scenery is not bad. The main problem is that the locals may be relatively poor because of inconvenient transportation, and there are relatively few tourists, so they can catch one by one by catching foreign tourists. At the gate of the temple, the parking lot is blocked in front of the car door and forced to rent you an apron. The price is 10 times that of Shengquan Temple. In fact, the temple does not charge tickets for free entry, and they have to charge 50,000 Indonesian rupiah to allow entry. In addition, the view of the volcano and the lake from the back of the temple is not as good as the viewing platform a few kilometers away. There are also a few oil painting sellers, chasing after you to sell, and scolding you all the way if you don’t buy it. Feeling very bad. Just come here to look at the volcano and the lake, avoid contact with the locals, if you stick to it, you won’t be able to get rid of it.

– via
