Finn and Justin were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them! It had been about a year and a half since my last dive and I wanted to brush up on some skills and try out some new gear before a dive trip to the Pacific, and they were so accommodating and willing to help with anything I needed. Although I’m not a Scottsdale native, I will definitely be going back to Ultimate Dive and Travel for any future SCUBA needs! – via

Evin and his team have an awesome shop with extremely friendly & social people. They have patience with new divers, making it a great place for anyone to learn to dive!! They are always available to answer any questions, help with gear – and really go above and beyond for customers. Highly recommend this shop!! – via

I went to ultimate Dive and Travel so I could get certified to go on a dive trip to bora bora. I bought all of my equiptment there and took my lessons there.. From the time I walked in the shop I was treated very friendly and warmly,, Evan took special care of me as well as his staff. I felt like they all knew there products to max.. Even went on a dive trip to Mexico with them before my trip to Bora Bora.
I do not hesitate in recommending them as an excellent choice if you are needing anything related to scuba or just starting out.. I had a fantastic experience with them and so did my spouse!! – via

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. This shop was recommended by a friend of a friend. Our initial visit was to to get our 1st and 2nd stage regs, computers and BCDs serviced for an upcoming dive trip. We went in the beginning of December and were given an estimate of $450. I was not impressed with the customer service, as it seemed like we were a bother. It took until the beginning of February to get our gear for $515. On our first dive in Grand Cayman on Feb. 22, the inflator on my wife’s BCD was cracked and leaking air – something easily heard and then seen when connected. We had to rent a BCD for the week of diving. When I returned to Ultimate in March, again, the customer service sucked – it was like it was our fault. No consideration for having to rent a BCD. It was insufficient that I brought only the inflator hose, they needed to have the full BCD. I returned with the BCD the next day and could hear the owner stating that it was our fault and that the BCD was 20 years old (it was less than six years old and only used sparingly). He reluctantly replaced the inflator with a lesser quality one and required that I pay for parts. They are not only customer unfriendly, but they are not competent and very slow to provide service at overly high prices. – via
