Worst Tour period. Collected both myself and my Husband at 6am. Took us to Nusa Penida and the whole day until 3pm after skipping lunch we only visited klingking beach and diamond beach all of 5 minutes. We did not even proceed to go down the steps. We were given a 20 year old driver who was speeding on these cliff roads and he had no energy to take us to any of the places which we had paid 3,000,000 idr for. Also they made us pay for retribution fee when everything was said to be included in the package. They dropped us off one and half hours earlier at the port as they had mixed up the time and we almost boarded the wrong fast boat. We tried to address this with the Tour manager who was utterly rude and said what do we want. A bunch of con artists who ripped us off and wasted our day on Nusa Penida. There was no east and west tour they were more like a taxi service and not an organised tour. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional cheats. We were refunded 1/3 of the trip however this did not makeup for the lost time in bali and the worst experience. We felt unsafe and mistreated and the day was hell. Do not use at all cost.

Really awful experience with two parts.
We used this company to book transport to and from Bali to the Gili islands.
The way out: this was seamless and they collected us (x4people) as well as 2 additional people. This was all on time. Tickets for the boat were also arranged
The return leg was an absolute nightmare. The shuttle took us and 2 others from patang bai and proceeded to make us wait at a different port for 1hr 30.
The shuttle was destined for Seminyak but then detoured to Ubud (unknowing to us).
We did not get dropped to our hotel, instead kicked out in Seminyak.
For a trip that we were told would be private, it took us 1.5hrs instead took us 6 hours
