We stumbled upon Ubud Area Tours best tour agency in Bali, through Google, and it turned out to be an incredible find. Our initial booking with them took us to several stunning locations in Bali, starting right from our villa. What was even more delightful was the unexpected treat of a complimentary tea and coffee tasting. They offered us the flexibility to customize our itinerary, making the experience even more enjoyable. Our guide, Agunk, was a treasure trove of knowledge about Indonesian culture, traditions, and habits, all while being incredibly entertaining and forgiving of our delays. The agency’s focus on customer service was evident throughout. So much so, we promptly booked another exhilarating trip to Nusa Penida after our first fantastic experience.

Truly an amazing experience. We first signed up for a tour of the rice fields and temples, it was such an incredible day with our spectacular guide that we signed up for both a tour of nusa penida and for our transfer between accomodation. All the guides we interacted with were very friendly and funny, as well as knowledgeable about the area and local culture. I’m so glad we found this tour group, easily the best around!

Agunk and his team are very professional and speak very good english. He protected us from touts and scammers and made sure we had a great time in Bali.
