5 stars for our Big Island Divers night manta ray snorkeling experience!! Great communication, easy check in, friendly and knowledgeable staff in store and on board. We had the experience of a lifetime with so manta rays swimming right under our board and doing barrel rolls repeatedly! I had our own underwater camera apparatus so didn’t rent a go pro. It was so amazing– definitely do this while on the big island!! – via

Great costumer service! They assisted me very fast and gave me all the information I needed for my Open Water Certification.
Once at the pool the instructor Mike was a phenomenal help. This weekend we are going out in the sea for the final portion of the certification.
I will be coming back for further courses. – via

The shop itself is very good. Competitive prices, largely below MSRP. The service dept is very slow. Dropped off my tank for hydro and cleaning 6 weeks ago and still not ready

Update: Tsunami had my bottle for 50 days (7 weeks). They completed the hydro and cleaning. However, they failed to replace the 10-year old valve on it despite providing them with the replacement valve. I was told they would just do it the next time I bring it in to get filled. Tested the Nitrox mix in the tank with two different meters and it registered 1.2% below stated/requested mix. Not impressed! – via
