Came in a cruise passenger and after reading all the reviews online picked this dive shop, had a great two tank dive diving the wall and got to see plenty of marine life, including flounder, puffer fish, crabs, and even a couple turtles. The staff was friendly, the bar, restaurant and pool onsite for the hotel was great for my snorkeling family who hung out while I finished diving. I give this place 5 ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? – via

Excellent diving center in Roatán! Absolutely amazing staff, from the office to the captain to the dive master, who has more than 10000 dives, impressed! Safety is not to be discussed here and they are absolutely organized. No doubts at all, it is totally recommended! And we saw so much wildlife! – via

We did a lot of research into dive companies on on the island before deciding to go with Island Divers Roatan, and we are SO glad we did!

It had been 5 years before our last ocean dive but we decided to go for our AOW anyway. Needless to say I was fairly nervous and very rusty!

Thankfully our instructor Ted was super patient with me, gave me lots of helpful tips in a way that really stuck and his relaxed energy was so calming that I instantly felt at ease. It’s really great to be guided by someone that is so clearly passionate about their work and love sharing it with others. He definitely made the experience much more enjoyable!

I particularly loved that they kept their groups small, meaning you have your own space on the boat and underwater. Also all their gear is top notch quality and well maintained.

I’m very impressed. Would happily recommend to all! 10/10 – via

I came to this dive shop because they seemed experienced and safe. We were on a cruise and they picked us up and made sure we had another ride back. They were willing to do a big group of snorkelers and divers, but in the end we were just three drivers and a local very experienced diver. Our dive master Beto had 10,000 dives. We had not gone diving since our certification 3 years earlier, and he made sure we were remembering our skills before getting to the meaty part of the dive. I’d love to come back and do more diving here. This place is a great shop with the skills and knowledge to accommodate any diver. – via

12 dives with this shop in March of 2023. Great shop, superior staff, knowledgeable and friendly. They attract an experienced crowd of regulars who were also great folks to dive with. Ted Anger was dive master on all of my dives; Very professional, very patient, knows dive sites intimately, passionate about the sea life and the reef. I swear the guy has super human vision. We saw turtles on every dive (he knows them all 🙂 ). Also dove with a couple of his students. They were confident, disciplined divers which I think speaks volumes about his teaching style. I will be coming back and hope to dive with Ted again. – via
