Everybody at Port Diver does an amazing job from Joyce to Dennis to Greg The experience in and out of the water is outstanding. I re-qualified with them and both my children qualify with them and the experience was absolutely fantastic. My kids are now competent divers and we have a family activity we can do for the rest of our lives! Thanks Port Diver! Last but not least they have an incredibly well equipped dive shop with the best brands and equipment and most importantly people with the knowledge to get you set up right. – via

The owners are nice, friendly people. However, I did not have a positive experience when going through their certification process. Mainly because my 13 year old son was scolded by one of their teachers during the course of instruction, apparently for making a mistake in a non-life threatening situation. Not in my presence, but he later told me about it. There’s a right way and a wrong way to teach. This affected him negatively and we ultimately discontinued the process because of it. – via

Very happy to have found a new scuba shop in the area since LI Scuba closed its doors. Staff is extremely nice. I had 3 tanks VIP’d and one EAN scrubbed and all filled with EAN32. Great fills, both my tanks were completely full even when cold. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Looking forward to ordering some more tanks and gear from them! – via
