Wish I could give them 5 stars. But unfortunately the tour went by so fast. I couldn’t enjoy every single stop in the rain forest because I felt rush. Wish I could have spent at least 10-15 more minutes in every stop. Yunque is the most beautiful forest I have seen, wish I could’ve enjoyed more. The guides ladies, were wonderful and kind, very helpful in anything I needed. Next time I will explore the forest by myself! But thank you for giving me an introduction. – via

Not reliable at all. Called me the evening before our tour to see if I was open to rescheduling, when I couldn’t they said they were cancelling transportation because it wasn’t cost effective for them due to there being to few people.

THEN I booked a Couples Package at Toro Verde Adventure Park. My confirmation from Tours4Less says it was a couples package.

However they actually booked a “combo package” with the company. The differences between the two are minor but overall the couples package came with perks and benefits that the combo package did not. So they booked us for the less expensive package and pocketed the difference between what we thought we were paying for and what we actually got.

I would highly recommend just renting a car to drive up to the adventure park independently. The drive is stunning, the park is easy to find, and it is much less expensive with less hassle and hustle from these people. – via

Everything went smooth, the guide was awesome and the trail was so much fun. Be sure to book ahead, bring bug repellant, eye and face/head coverings and be prepared to get dirty…..but definitely worth it! – via

I had booked a Toro Verde full day ziplining activity + Pickup and drop for September 03rd 2023 almost 10 days in advance. At the very last minute this tour operator cancelled my tour stating that i was the only occupant and they had no other occupants. Ridiculous and disgraceful insult to me as a customer. If you guys cannot fulfill your commitments to customers well in advance shut down operations permanently, rather then wasting the customers vacation time. Beady morons!!! – via

I highly recommend this tour, we had a great time! We did 7 ziplines & the Beast, which apparently the Monster is most popular as it’s half a mile longer, super fun either way. You could upgrade at the place if you change your mind and want to do all of them.
The Ziplines at Toro Verde were amazing and fun. I’d recommend wearing pants or leggings otherwise the bands will dig into your legs. Also wear tennis shoes as when you walk from one zip line to another the trail can get pretty steep. I wore white tennis shoes and they barely got dirty.
Jerry was our guide and he made the tour so enjoyable! He was so attentive to everything, made great conversation, and gave a great tour and recommendations. When he picked us up from our hotel in San Juan he gave a mini tour of San Juan while picking up the other parties which made the tour even more interesting.
The food at the end was fantastic, my package didn’t include food but Jerry got our order at the beginning so it’d be ready by the time we finished. It was an additional $12 for an entree and full size drink. I got mamposteado with grilled chicken and Maduro, great portion size and super yummy. – via

Has the most amazing experience for our zip line tour. Jerry was our driver and best tour guide I’ve ever had he care some much and could tell so much about the island. They were very responsive in answering any questions we had about the excursion and using the website to make plans was easy. Jerry was our driver/excursion rep and he was great. Gave great tips on what to do, where and what to eat, and recommendations on other activities that our group might enjoy. He was punctual in picking us up and he made the ride engaging with different facts on significant locations we passed on the way to the activity. I would definitely recommend Tours 4 Less for similar excursion-type activities. – via

Got much more out of this than I was expecting. Tour Guide Allen was extremely friendly and informational. He took us to eat somewhere after the tour that I never would have stopped at otherwise, and we got to experience a little of authentic Puerto Rico. Highly recommend! – via

The ziplines were really amazing and Alan was a really good driver. The drive there was kind of scary but we got there safe and there wasn’t a lot of rain there. Alan suggested we do the monster zipline instead of the bicycles and I really loved it. – via
