I signed up my teenagers to get their advanced open water diving certification with Tortuga Divers. So far, they’ve had all but one of their dives and they’ve had a blast, stayed safe, learned new skills, and have seen lots of great underwater sea life. Myself and my husband took the sea doo and snorkeling adventure and I had a blast, going up to 37 miles per hour! This is a great, reliable, safe, and communicative company. My 18yr old daughter took her first dive with this outfit. She was a little anxious prior to training and the final dive, however, Elliott and especially Pierre turned this into an unforgettable moment, where she can’t stop telling everyone of the adventure. We had an excellent experience with Tortuga Divers! Upon entry into the dive shop to inquire about options, we were greeted with superb service. We chose to go out on the dive boat and snorkel with the divers. Elliot was our boat captain and made the trip enjoyable! Not only was he helpful but he also had a great sense of humor! The dive spot was amazing – we saw some magnificent coral, many species of fish, and a sea turtle! Highly recommend Tortuga Divers! – via

Red Sail is a great company we used several times while on Grand Cayman. Very professional, convenient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them whether taking a boat out from Camana Bay or renting equipment at Rum Point. – via

Very helpful, polite and caring team both in the office and on the boat. I have been diving for decades, and this operation is one of the best. Nice boat, new equipment, engaging yet not overbearing staff. They hit the tri-fecta! And the diving was spectacular as well!!! Remoras swimming about, a few men-in-grey-sits checking us out, lots of little critters that the dive masters help find & point out. – via

because I can’t give zero stars. Find a reliable outfit to dive with. I understood when they canceled the dive because the boat broke. When they re-booked us to thanksgiving day, they changed the dive from two tank to one tank without telling us. Then they called two hours before the dive to tell us boat broke again. If we didn’t find a great shore dive shop on the north-east shore, we would have missed diving completely on our holiday. There was no remorse, no offer of service recovery, no “hey why don’t you go sailing on us or here is some snorkeling gear or use the paddle boards”. Just nothing from them or Tortuga. Such a disappointment. The sailing instructor was great – almost gave a star just for him. To James – you have a lot to learn about customer service. – via
