A very nice place to visit with friends or family or just alone if you love animals .
Couple of tips for people visiting for the first time
Start from the indo Malaya pavilion and then come to americas as you have more places to eat and restrooms in the middle
Bus 86 which leaves every 5 mins from Kennedy subway station leaves you right at the entrance of the zoo (closer than car park) yet google says we need to walk a km which is not right
Toronto library has a free musuem pass program and it covers this zoo . So if you live in GTA you can visit with your family for free if you have the library pass and are able to get the pass (given every sat mornings at select library branches ) – via

Staff were unfriendly and rude. Most of the animals were closed before time. Very expensive experience for this season. They should change prices, including parking if they know they have most of the pavilions in maintenance and for the weather most of the animals are not available to see. It’s not worth it. – via
