We are originally from New York. We came here as part of my son’s sweetsix birthday celebration as he chose Puerto Rico as his Birthday Vacation destination. The place itself is really fun. The arcade games are great with many different games to choose from, 2D, 3D and I believe there was a 5D game. It also had few claw crane games. We really went there for the zip lining and the Sky Maze. My son really enjoyed the games and attractions. But a couple of the staff were very disappointing.
The sky maze is a course right above the arcade. It’s pretty cool but can be very strenuous and requires you to have some upper body strength. The kids are however harnest by the top so if they fall off they should be safe (I’ve watched enough news to know we should be cautious either way cause accidents can happen) Thankfully my son is lean and old enough to monuver his was around the course. I noticed there weren’t many staff helping out the kids a lot of the customers on the course. At one point my son was in the middle of a course and a staff member blocked off the end of the course and started talking to a child. I noticed my son just standing there. I told him to keep going cause I was worried he might fall off (yes I am a worrisome mother lol). In the video clip he responds back “I can’t” so I thought the staff member told him to wait. So I asked him and he shrugged. So I told him to continue because maybe she didn’t notice she was blocking him since she was talking to the child. I figured he can say excuse me when he got closer to her. What happened next completely caught me off guard. The staff turns around and tells me “He has to wait” with an attitude. Immediately after she turns further more around (to ensure she sees me and I see her), points out her finger and tells me I need to wait. With another attitude. The lack of professionalism took me by surprise. I was so upset and embarrassed from the way she spoke to me infront of everyone under her playing in the arcade. I truly hope she doesn’t speak to the children in that manner. I went to speak with the supervisor who was sweet but did not know how to handle the situation. She told me she was the floor supervisor and would tell the staff members manager what transpired smh. I was so disappointed and devastated. There was no education made or even a conversation to the employee. Instead, the employee was very
Condescending. She kept looking at me smirking and rolled her eyes smh.
I can see that this business lack structure and accountability. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone. As fun as the place can be, the staff should match that energy. – via

My experience at Toro Verde Urban Park fell short of my expectations. Although the front desk staff was initially friendly, our interaction with our Zip Lining instructors was extremely disappointing. They barely spoke to us the entire time and their unfriendly demeanor, coupled with a lack of communication during the entire experience, created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
My partner and I decided to do the Blazing Bull Zip Line where you lay on your stomach. Our first Zip Line of the day resulted in a jolting impact at the end, causing physical pain. When I raised the issue with the instructor, their response was dismissive, attributing it to a normal occurrence. Even if this was a normal occurrence, all patrons should be made aware, so they can brace for impact.
Throughout the course, our dissatisfaction grew, and by the end, we were eager to be done and leave the facility entirely. The overall lackluster customer service, especially considering the safety aspect, left us thoroughly disappointed. A more considerate and informative approach from the staff would have significantly improved our experience. I DO NOT recommend. – via

We came to do the Zipline but didn’t realize we would have to walk up the stairs twice if we wanted to do all the available ziplines in the package. I didn’t remember seeing that anywhere on the website.
I also got this confused with Toro Verde Zipline tours in Orocorvis which is located at an Eco Adventure Park. They are not the same! – via

We entered the arcade to play some games with my 7 and 10 year old. Big sign says no food or drinks, so we put our food on the counter and the janitor threw it out. We followed their direction but management said it’s not their responsibility, but management gives nowhere safe to put your belongings. It’s too expensive and the games are boring – via

aside from the suspended jungle gym it has an arcade. its like a pricier Dave and Buster’s, for $40 you get almost 450credits most machines are averaging around 10credits so you get an hour or two worth of fun. the machines are newer than at DNB which is a nice treat. i enjoyed myself here and would like to come back – via
