The experience was great, the staff are very professional and caring. The restaurant had great food (ofc a little expensive but the view made up for it). Staff is very friendly and funny. The only bad part of my experience is that the time you select on the online ticket purchase has nothing to do with the time you zipline. I purchased a family package which requested a time slot (which I thought meant I zipline at the time I select). Turns out its more of a show up time and from there they place you in the next available spot for the ziplines. I purchased my tickets with an 11am slot, I was 2 hours away so I’ve been driving since 8am to get there 30 mins before as they request. When I got there they told me the next available slot was 1pm. When I asked them about the reservation time they simply just said “oh, they’re completely different things. It doesn’t mean you zipline at that time.” It was honestly confusing and a bummer but I didn’t have anything else planned for the day so my patience just sat, ate, and enjoyed the views. – via

Great adventure for family. Did the Monster/Beast combo. Very friendly staff. We were not nervous at all with the zip lines.
Came in pretty hot at the end of the rides, but not too violent.
At lunch at the pizza restaurant at the Toro Bike area. The main restaurant was closed. Good food and mojitos.
Staff said that Monday and Friday are slow days (this is Monday)
Roads up the mountain are sketchy. – via

Great adrenaline rush and adventure choice to experience the beautiful Puerto Rico rain forest! I give it a 3/5 star review because they didn’t explain safety procedures before getting your gear. And they didn’t explain anything at the beginning of the zip lines either. They didn’t provide anywater through the whole trip or a light snack to stay in a good mood through the long hours of Ziplining. And the team tying you up was not informative or friendly at all, they will just hook you up and send you away. Some fun facts about the lines or about the rainforest and being a bit friendly would had made the experience more enjoyable, or at least it would had helped to not think about the hunger. A water bottle would had helped since it was hot at times and the wind dried your mouth. So for sure take a bag with water and snacks, a backpack is definitely allowed to carry through out the lines. – via

I love Toro Verde adventure park. The views at this park are just majestic. Twelve different ZipLines for $90. We bought the Toro Pass. Prices may very depending on the season. I love them all specially the monster and the beast ZipLine these two where my favorite. The monster is 1.57 miles long which is equal to 28 football fields. The Beast ZipLine is 1.4 kilometers long and reaches speeds up to 60 miles per hour. Both rides you are strapped in Superman style which makes the experience even better; the rest of the ZipLine where sitting position. I had the time of my life. I definitely recommend this park. Book your day in advance online. I will leave some videos. – via
