I loved this so much! First, the crew that helped us was amazing. Dioney, Chai, Ladis, Gus, Roy, Abraham – they were so attentive and funny, making sure that everyone had a good time every step of the way. Then the actual zip lining was so fun. Every thing you get to do was different, each one exhilarating in it’s own way. I would totally recommend this to anyone that likes to have a great time with great people – via google

Paid for a boat trip to the arch for the day but the boat tu…

Paid for a boat trip to the arch for the day but the boat turned around before we arrived to our destination and we went strait back to the beach. I asked for a refund but was told that fuel costs money and that people need to get paid for their time.
But I didn’t get what I paid for! I told the employee.
I was laughed at.
Stay far away a complete scam – via google

Paid for a boat trip to the arch for the day but the boat turned around before we arrived to our destination and we went strait back to the beach. I asked for a refund but was told that fuel costs money and that people need to get paid for their time.
But I didn’t get what I paid for! I told the employee.
I was laughed at.

I booked whale watch with this company, online before we arrived in Cabo. The tour was suppose to happen April 18. A couple of days before our departure I received an email from the company saying whales were no longer in the area, so they were cancelling the tour. We exchanged one email about the possibility of renting some paddle boards instead. Follow up emails were ignored and over $200 (CAN) was never returned. Stay far away from this company. – via google

We bought two snorkelling tours, and never received the information email. The tour was supposed to start at 8 but started after 10 because they didn’t have a boat ready.
I wouldn’t call this a tour, it’s more like a water taxi ride. We just stopped near rocks and the guide would say that it looked like a wolf or face. Save yourself some money and just order the water taxi. – via google

A very reasonably priced boat trip to El Arco and around it, into the Pacific.
We were also dropped off to Lovers’s beach and picked up later.

Captain had only the two of us on the outbound trip and he was cool with that.

The only small issue was that we didn’t receive the email with location details after we booked online. In the end we just used the Google maps location and all was good. So, be advised.
They are located on the beach (acces by The Sand Bar” and then 50m to the left).

NB: parking is just one block back from the beach and half a block to the left/south). Be aware it’s expansive (200mxn/2hr, then only 10mxn/extra hour).

We totally enjoyed the trip.
