I got a pot of herbal tea and noticed that the tea pot was dirty inside, even stuff floating in the water that wasn’t the tea. When I informed the member of staff they said it couldn’t be true and when I showed them they basically said that the tea pots don’t get really cleaned. So I paid for tea that I never got to drink. – via google
