Clean and modern facilities, I had a great beginner snowboarding lesson with Rob who did a great job of improving my confidence and progression. We had a small group which was great and meant more 1 on 1 time.
The phone/booking staff weren’t the best. When booking, I’d been told that I could stay on the slopes after the lesson but this wasn’t the case. I also called the day before to ask if there’d be any snow because the forecast didn’t look good. I was told “yeah it’ll be fine” and arrived to find no snow at all and had to use the plastic slope with only a £10 difference in price (I still paid £20 more than I’d expected to.
Café is nice and clean but food isn’t the best. I paid £13 for a meal which came out looking smaller than a kids meal.
All of that said, moat of the staff are pretty friendly and the views are amazing. I’ll be back, if there’s snow. – via
