Vanaf nieuwbouw mooi Hotel maar nu “oude meuk” en dringend aan update toe! Het eten is gevarieerd en goed!
Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en doet zijn best het iedereen naar de zin te maken.
De muziek bij het zwembad is vaak veel te luid met te veel “beat”… jammer…iedereen heeft tegenwoordig telefoon en oortjes en eigen muziek…
Het animatieteam ronduit slecht!
Een loopje naar Down town of Marina is leuk en terug met tuxi voor 2 €

The hotel has a major issue with their hot water supply. I read reviews that there were issues with this and I asked them before booking if they had resolved the issues and they said yes. We had booked a jacuzzzi room for 3 nights. When we checked in jacuzzi was not clean and there was no hot water. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the housekeeping came with a very dirty and torn towel to clean the jacuzzi, without soap or any disinfectant. When we finally cleaned it, still no hot water, which they promised would be fixed. There were also other issues such as worn out linens and a rusty shower head.
At the end of the second day, Mr. Hamdy, hotel manager, moved us to another room that was newly renovated and looks great! Jacuzzi was clean and there was finally hot water! But at night, we couldn’t sleep from the sound of dripping water in the bathroom drain which turned out to be from the AC.
So overall, not the best experience at all and while we paid 3 days for a jacuzzi room, we actually used it for one day and we spent a lot of the time with maintenance in the room. Very disappointing and will never book here again. – via

3rd visit to the Panorama Bungalows and we’re in the last few days of our 2 month stay and want to give an honest review whilst still enjoying our time here.
The hotel has an amazing team of staff, with the exception of just one member of staff. They are all professional, friendly, polite, helpful and funny and will go the extra mile to please. An absolute credit to the Panorama Management. From receiving a very warm welcome at reception. The food and drinks in all the restaurants and bars has been exceptional amazing presentation and service. Housekeeping has been faultless. Water taxi, pool and maintenance guys do a great job. Which only leaves the animation guy, Tiger….We found him lazy, unprofessional, unfriendly (verging on intimidating). A loose cannon, doing his own thing, usually badly, with no structure to his day and little to no rapport with many guests. No daytime entertainment programme set for guests to join in, for example, stretching, volleyball, darts, petanque/boule etc. We believe the new guy, Omaar, would do a better job given the chance. He has a friendly, kind personality and knows how to use the sound system.
Overall the Panorama Bungalows hotel is a jewel in El Gouna and the staff are gems
Huge thanks to all the staff who made us feel very relaxed and welcome

Meine Freundin und Ich waren 5 Tage mit der DiveConnection im RotenMeer tauchen. Vorab hat ein angenehmer Emailkontakt das Anmelden deutlich erleichtert. Wir konnten alle Angelegenheiten klären und profitierten vom Online Rabatt.
In Ägypten stellte sich die Tauchbasis als sehr organisiert und zuverlässig dar. Die Atmosphäre auf dem Tauchboot war sehr entspannt und lustig – die Crew zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend und nicht aufdringlich. Die kompetenten Tauchlehrer strahlten unter Wasser eine gelassene Ruhe aus – wodurch jeder Tauchgang zum schönen Erlebnis wurde. Man hat sich einfach zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. I got a dfc scholarship in 2021 when denmark has a strict regulation for covid 19 quarantine. It is a good place for staying in denmark. They have all good facility for a student who wants to study in here. It is like a complete dormitory room. Nice and clean.
