I did my advanced course here and would highly recommend anyone else thinking of doing a dive course here to do the same. I had a great experience. My instructor was Yannis who was fantastic. He explained everything very clearly and was extremely patient if I didn’t quite understand something. He took us to some great sites and the journey from open water to advanced was enjoyable, interesting and fun. What a great way to spend a couple of days. Dive itself was done professionally, and without issues. The scheduling and arrangements to get there were not smooth though: getting to water took about three hours from the original meeting time. To be fair, it included some time for refreshal, but also a lot of time waiting for things that were not communicated properly.

I’m professional diver with a AOW license to dive. I was planning on going here to dive and have a stamp (those who have a license will know this). When I arrived I was shocked and confused because they wouldn’t allow me to dive because I’m deaf and they need to communicate underwater by talking? I’m really confused by this part because you use sign language underwater and they assumed that this will be the issue. In all the places that I dived around the world, I didn’t had any problems with buddies. On Contrary, everything was perfect and there was no communication issues whatsoever. In this place, however, this was an issue because for some reason they cannot use sign language underwater and they’re communicating by other means, maybe ultrasounds like whales, I don’t know? 😀
On serious note, Imagine you have a person who wants to dive but who doesn’t speak English, Spanish, German or whatever language you can imagine. Would you also not allow him to dive because you can’t communicate with him? Sign language is also a foreign language, why was I treated as a disabled person if it’s only a language barrier that can be easily conquered? – via google

I have a fear of depth and had an unsuccessful dive at another school in the past, after which I decided diving wasn’t for me. But in December my husband brought me to Tenerife Dive Experience. The instructor Arturo explained all the theory perfectly, was very attentive, polite, listened to me and helped me to overcome my fear without rushing step by step. It was an incredible experience. I was able to trust the instructor and dive successfully, see the fish, learn the skills needed underwater. After that I decided to take an Open Water course with instructor Arturo. The whole thing turned my mind upside down, to be honest, because I thought I was hopeless, but now I can dive and even swim better outside of diving too as I’m not so nervous. If you are looking for a really reliable professional who is in love with diving and can teach you how to dive safely and smartly, then Arturo is the person to go to. I would also like to mention that respect for nature and ecology is his priority, which is very valuable. Many thanks to the school for the good attitude, respect, help and openness. This is a golden place with golden people and I am very happy that I came to you! – via google

Absolutely incredible!! They have the nicest staff and we got on like a house on fire. Incredibly warm and welcoming, offer great services and information, and the diving courses/ dive packages come at a great price too. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn to dive or hire scuba gear in Tenerife. Also easy to find, connected to a hotel (Marino Tenerife).
