I understand the weather being a factor that can’t be helped but lack of communication up until the day before is just disheartening and honestly I don’t understand not getting a refund if I’m not participating in the actual Ballon ride, not even a partial refund the day before! Really upset by this and the money I have now lost and gained nothing from. Hope someone has a better experience than I did, when I didn’t even have one, that’s all I can say. – via
