Da jeder mal einen schlechten Tag haben kann, halte ich nichts von einmaligen Erlebnissen. Deswegen habe ich auch diesem Geschäft mehrere Chancen gegeben seine Qualitäten zu beweisen. Über viele Jahre habe ich immer wieder mal etwas kaufen wollen. Leider hat die Qualität der Beratung zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Nun habe ich das 3 mal etwas bestellt und wurde wieder enttäuscht. Es wird gesagt das es bestellt wurde und zum Datum x kommt. Dann wird man zu dem Datum hinbestellt. Aber es ist keine Ware da. Dies ist jetzt mehrfach passiert. Irgendwann ist es auch mal gut. Es gibt in Hannover genug andere Tauchgeschäfte die sich wirklich um ihre Kunden kümmern. – via
