Surf Ride cares to make things right. Had a wetsuit under warranty sent in for repairs and things out of their control caused long delays. John and the crew went above and beyond to get me sorted out quickly.

I was really impressed and would encourage anyone having a problem to reach out they care to have happy customers. Thank you! – via

Good selection of products and boards but horrible customer service. Asked for assistance in purchasing fins — just needed some recommendations. The person assisting me was dismissive and told me “whatever.” Manager working downstairs was egotistical and made sure to make me feel like I was wrong about all my purchases. Loved the store, great variety but the atmosphere felt tense. Not friendly. – via
