I scheduled a surf lesson on a whim for me and my sister. Surf Diva helped me check off a bucket list item. I loved the lesson, our instructor Nick was very helpful and encouraged us both to just get out there and give it our best shot. I would highly recommend their lessons, but be aware it will require more upper body strength than what you might think. I will definitely be back if I’m ever back in San Diego! – via

We had a great experience while on vacation from Colorado Springs. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our guides. The weather was great so I don’t think we needed the wetsuits because we got too hot with them on. Unfortunately we weren’t able to do the cave tours due to the water level but we knew ahead of time that was a possibility. We still enjoyed it a lot. – via

We had the best time. Dave and Andreas were our instructors, and they were inspiring, funny, and just an overall joy. My family of 4 will now be life-long surf seekers thanks to the crew at Surf Diva. I also want to give praise to Current who was running the shop and got us into our wetsuits prior to the start of the lesson. If you want to learn to surf, and like dealing with kind and effective instructors, then this is the place for you. We will be returning as soon as we can get back to the La Jolla area. – via

Well, coming back to Cali I just had to stop back here. My favorite girly surf shop right near the beach. It has that relaxed summer authentic “vibe” I love. Prices are pretty expensive but on par with LA Jolla but everything is so damn cute in their store, makes you want to shop. Great beach brands of clothing and swimsuits, whoever shops for them has great taste. Nothing is stuffy but really easy going. Drop by next door to grab pizza or a latte then wander down to the beach. This place is a MUST. – via

We had a billing issue that was not caught until over a month later. We had paid cash and with a card. They were great, check their books and found the double payment then refunded our over payment. Had a great time paddle boarding as well. – via
