Até a data deste comentário, tive apenas dois aborrecimentos com a empresa, sendo que um foi a queda de um poste em um bairro de Pouso Alegre e que nos deixou sem link. Não houve nenhum comunicado avisando os clientes ou previsão de resolução.

Suporte é até as 20h em dias úteis ou seja, caso você tenha algum problema após este horário, você terá retorno a partir das 8H do dia seguinte;
Atendimento via WhatsApp bem confuso.
A empresa, para links corporativos é uma das melhores da região porém precisa melhorar muito na qualidade do atendimento para o cliente residencial. – via
