It’s the most idyllic resort. My real concern is their misleading pricing advertising on their tours. I went fishing, advertised price $440. Actual price when they add on their 10% service charge and another 16% tax taking it to over $560. So be aware when budgeting for your holidays. – via

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a less than satisfactory reception. The staff barely smiled and provided minimal assistance. We were assigned a single point of contact, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer much in terms of information. We were left wanting more details about the dining options and activities available at the resort.

One frustration was the inability to pre-book dining reservations through the app. Instead, we had to constantly rely on our designated contact person, which proved to be quite inconvenient. It seemed as though there were limited dining slots available, as we struggled to secure reservations at some of the restaurants.

Despite these shortcomings, the resort itself is beautiful. However, clearer information about dining options and activities would greatly enhance the overall experience. – via

A very thrilling experience. There is a whole new world under water. Our instructor was very welcoming and guided us throughout the diving. Equipment was sanitised as well. It was a bit expensive as compared to other countries (Malaysia, Thailand etc) where you can do the same activity for less. – via

If you are looking to get certified, request Iru! She’s the most upbeat, bubbly, high-spirited, fun-loving, and talented scuba instructor, and her excitement is contagious. She will bring you to all the best dive sites near the resort. She watches out for her students, and we feel very lucky to have had her mentorship and friendship during our stay. – via
