Very unsafe experience during their evening snowmobile tour. Their guide SHANE allowed other guests to dangerous cut in front of several of us with less than 3 feet of distance. Moreover, SHANE was very demeaning and condescending to me and my party when we politely raised this concern. This has raised with BRITTNI COE PETRY, Director of Events, but we have not been able to speak to her yet. Will try other channels. – via
