A bit pricey for what’s on offer. Also had a poor customer experience at reception; originally paid for 55 minutes for two single kayaks, wanted to change to a single 2 seater, which they accommodated but no refund for the difference between the cost of hiring two singles and the two seater (£14 difference) the person at reception was very dismissive, although other staff were much better, when it came to using the gear. – via

This is probably our favourite of all the lakes. Lovely new cafe on the water, well run activities with well maintained equipment and site. We’ve noticed that all the staff have been friendly, helpful and clearly focused on making sure you have a great visit. – via
