Immer wieder Warten und Absagen. Beim ersten mal kam gar keine Absage, ganzen Tag gewartet, auch keine Notrufnummer um zu klären ob man noch weiter warten soll. Beim zweiten mal dann Absage mit Begründung Wetter, für uns nachvollziehbar, beim dritten mal Absage mit Begründung Wetter, für uns nicht nachvollziehbar weil wir im gleichen Fahrgebiet Ballons sahen. Mehr als 3 Wochenend-Termine (incl. Freitag) haben wir im ganzen Jahr nicht angeboten bekommen, immer Monate Vorlaufzeit. Es scheint als würden mehr Gutscheine verkauft als Fahrten möglich sind, zumindest gehen wir jetzt in das zweite Jahr des Hoffens und Warten, volle Bezahlung wollte der Anbieter aber sofort. – via
