Couldn’t get a photo on the gondola and we had traveled from the north…

Couldn’t get a photo on the gondola and we had traveled from the north island
Also there was no parking had to park where there was a no parking sign
Why are you able to book and pay the money then no parking?
Most of your workers had bad English
Only the man on the bottom of gondola was nice
You hav alot of stairs at the top noone offered assistance for me an my baby in the pram you should hav lifts
It was a nice view but I feel u want people to spend their money and can’t offer any help or there was no info online that you couldn’t do the photos like my family have had years ago
I think it use to be good an now you just want the money without caring – via

Wish we had a clear view from the top but there was work going on and all I could see was the Crain from the top. Quite disappointed but the experience of sitting in the gondola was thrilling. – via

Beautiful place, amazing town and scenery wish we had more time to spend here and explore the town and surrounding areas, need at least 3-4 days to spend to go around love it on the list to come back again for sure. – via
