Their glasses are all scratched, dirty and old. The viewing experience is very bad. They don’t video record the whole process during the jump. They record certain moments for a very short time and the video quality (resolution and bitrate) is very bad. They also do not allow the use of another action camera.

Also, I don’t know if there was a problem with the sitting rope given to me or if it was adjusted, the ropes on which I was sitting on the parachute caused a lot of pain and I had a rash on my leg. – via

Would of gave a five but the only one provement is the video and pictures. Should be a unedited video given to the client who is paying a lot of money for the pictures and the video plus coat to jump. Should be from entering to landing. Plus still pictures different ones.
Other the video and pictures very happy and satisfied. – via

A national shame!! This company represents what happens in many companies in our country!!
I have had a flight voucher for over a year and after 2 cancellations made by the company due to control tower issues and not weather reasons, I decided to request a refund for the flight. After a year of rescheduling and canceling I ask for a refund because the only available airstrip is in the center of the country (where travel would be more expensive and that was not what I planned to spend when I bought the flight), they say they will let me charge 20% of the total amount paid!! Now I ask, what is the logic of this?!! It’s a shame what they do, I don’t recommend this company to anyone!! Shame!! – via
