Overall an alright experience, seeing as I’m here able to write a review. The front desk staff was great, very friendly and communicative. My jump had to be rescheduled twice due to weather conditions, which was fine and not in their control at all.
The actual jump took quite a few hours, which was mostly expected. It was my first time skydiving, so I was nervous and not totally sure what to expect. When it came time to go it seemed as if the tandem instructors were in a big rush, and my person was not communicative with me at all – I believe his name was Robbie. I get that he’s doing it all the time, but I had hoped for at least a little bit of enthusiasm, and more communication about what to even expect. He seemed like he did not want to be there or interacting with me at all. I got that same type of vibe from a few other members of staff as well.
I paid for the picture package which was worth it to me because I got a couple that I really liked. I am grateful to have had a safe jump, but I’m not planning on returning to this place for my future jumps. It was a bummer to have this as a first jump experience. – via

It’s taken me 2 years to write this review. I jumped in 2021 and have such bad adhd that this will be the first ever review I’ve ever written for a business. Usually I’m too distracted to recall a good experience even if it was outstanding. However, Danny at go jump makes this an exception. In my notes app where my most important information is stored, we’re talking PIN number to my debit card next to my social security level important, were the words “review Danny go jump” and I suddenly remembered the amazing journey he provided to me and my friends on a fateful sunny day in Santa Cruz, with less than a day of planning we had one of the most memorable experiences of my lifetime. Excellent skydiving experience in a really well kept spot with ultra friendly and safe staff. I was really impressed with the welcoming staff who explained the entire process for us and were very friendly and understanding for new comers. Beautiful views and excellent memories if you’re trying this for the first time. If you’re nervous, this place has a calming aura to it that will set you at ease for a bit – mostly because they seem so professional and caring for their customers.
This is possibly the best sky diving experience near the San Francisco Bay Area because of not only the friendly staff but because the jump allows you to see the Pacific Ocean, Santa Cruz, and Monterey. The plane was well kept, the staging area was clean, the gear was very well maintained – we couldn’t have felt safer and more comfortable for our first time.
Prices are fair for the experience. Total price came out to around $320 for the jump, the photos, video, and everything. They offer the jump only but you’ll probably want to get the videos and photos for your memory. They record via GoPro’s and we were happy with the product they gave us. Turnaround time for the photos and video was only a couple of hours, which was great!
Absolutely recommend this spot. If we ever skydive again, we’re coming here. – via

Amazing experience even tho you have to give your self some good amount of time to be their depending on the time you reserve about 2-4 hours max. But the wait was worth it i have not yet received my videos and photos. Have to wait a while to get them. But the instructors were Awsome i Had Paco and definitely felt Safe. – via

Badass place for a skydiving adventure. They got it down. Super friendly, professional staff with emphasis on making sure each jumper feels comfortable and has the very best experience possible. The views were breathtaking of Santa Cruz. Absolutely loved my tandem partner Daniel. Made me feel totally at ease and just made me smile with his enthusiasm and fun personality. Very bad service !!!!
My family from a different region came to visit me and Im trying for about a week or so to make a reservation and get info about the skydiving and I get no service! This is really ridiculous!
I did skydiving many times and this is the first time I’m exposed to bad service from you guys. I know I can make a reservation on your app but we’re talking about a group of people that need to know information about this experience.
I am very disappointed of you guys.
