It was extremely disappointing. We had booked a skydive for 10 am and even called the staff beforehand to confirm. They informed us that due to weather conditions, the skydive was not available at 10 am but could be rescheduled for 4 pm. We received a confirmation email for the 4 pm slot.
However, when we arrived at the center 30 minutes before the scheduled time, we were shocked to find it closed and devoid of any staff members. We immediately called them, and that’s when they informed us that the skydiving session had been canceled once again due to weather conditions. What frustrated us the most was that they had not bothered to inform us about the cancellation through any means – no calls, text messages, or emails. We had waited for 6 hours for the rescheduled session, only to find out it wasn’t happening.
This lack of communication and professionalism was truly disappointing. We expected the staff to inform us if they knew that the weather was not suitable for skydiving. It is unacceptable that they left us waiting for hours without any updates.
Furthermore, the fact that the center was closed and empty when we arrived added to our frustration.
I cannot recommend this to anyone based on this experience. Their lack of communication and poor work ethic is a major concern. – via
