New employee took 30+ minutes to check us in. We finally began the instructional portion an hour after we were supposed to begin.
The return voucher tactics are manipulative with the fine print. The price point is so greedy, especially on top of the bad customer service.

My wife, friends, and I had a blast. We did the Discover Scuba intro class. Leading up to the class Sue answered a slew of questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure any accommodations needed were made. We had Andrew, Ingrid, and Ray as our pool instructors and couldn’t have been happier. Again, they were able to answer any questions we had and made the foreign experience of scuba as comfortable as they could. In terms of the class, it was the perfect experience to give someone an excellent idea of what is involved before making the bigger commitment to the certification classes.

I just had my third jump and second at Skydive Collegeville. They treat you like family and I felt completely confident in the skill of the people working there. They put you at ease and helped me on taking my next step to solo jump and get my license. I took 6 of my friends and they all loved it. We made a day of it and they can’t wait to go again also. It’s hard to explain the feeling of skydiving if you haven’t gone and I’d recommend this place to anyone first time or otherwise. – via

HAD A GREAT TIME!!! Went on the early morning jump. Was a perfect day. Beautiful scenery. The staff makes you feel comfortable, as if you were a close friend. They keep a smile on your face. The staff was incredible. Super nice and friendly. Juliana was the best instructor to skydive with, she taught me everything I needed to know before hand. Went for my first time today and she made the experience so amazing and comfortable for me from the minute she strapped me up in until the minute we made a smooth landing.
