The best experience!! Let me start by saying I am TERRIFIED of heights and planes but somehow was convinced to skydive. Ben and his team at Skydive Chesapeake made the whole process so much fun and reassuring. I couldn’t have felt more safe or comfortable that day. Super fortunate to have flown with Ben- he is honestly the best instructor. The media package is totally worth buying!! Being able to relive the experience was hilarious. Highly recommend coming here and hope to one day come back! – via

This was my first time skydiving and I had an amazing time. Ben was my instructor and I couldn’t imagine a better one. He was great at explaining how to do things correctly while keeping it light and fun. I read the previous low ratings and can say I saw nothing of the sort. My wife and mother in law stayed on the ground and the enjoyed the company of the staff. Great fun! – via

Skydive Chesapeake deserves 100 stars! They are the absolute best. I had Ben and he was so cool and explained everything very well. I felt comfortable and pumped to just finally skydive. I highly suggest you go here because the entire crew were welcoming and are so nice. I felt right at home even though I literally just met them. If you are debating to get the video/picture package I suggest you invest the extra money for it because Skydive Chesapeake will capture some sweet memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. I cannot wait to come back to this location and jump again! I took some friends during my first time and I plan to convince my other friends to check them out. – via

I wish I could give this rating 0 stars. The first thing that I was told when I arrived at this location was that they were getting a late start because the boss (Lance) “was drunk,” either meaning hungover from the night before or drunk at that time in the day — either option being unacceptable when I’m about to jump out of a plane with them. We had made our reservations for 11am. Those reservations were made TO THE DAY the farthest in advance that was allowed (3 months ahead of time). We get there and they tell us they’re running late so we should go into town to grab lunch. We did that, came back 2 hours later, and they told us that of the 21 people ahead of us, they had gotten through 8… so it would be “a little while” before they could get us to jump (8 people in two hours = 4 people per hour, meaning we’d have another 3 hours at least before we could jump). We then find out that only 9 of those people had even made reservations, and the group ended up coming with 21 total people, including 12 walk-ins. When we asked if we could be squeezed in between some of their group since we booked months in advance, they said “our last jump is at 8pm, we’ll get you in before that.” When asked how that was a reasonable timeframe, the employee told us “It’s a Saturday, you have nothing else to do anyway.” Even when we told him it was the ANNIVERSARY for my wife and I and yes we did in fact have some major plans for the rest of the day, he shrugged and walked away. Somehow, they thought it was acceptable to make us wait 9 hours, and instead serve the group that didn’t even have reservations. It’s only a matter of time before this “company” goes out of business, and I can only hope that it happens sooner rather than later so that people can avoid being ripped off and potentially killed by these inept, irresponsible people. – via
